They must be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination certificate. Pets may not be left alone, either on a pitch or in a rental or mobile home, even temporarily. This rule is designed to ensure the well-being of the animals, the peace and quiet of other guests and the preservation of the accommodation. It forms an integral part of the campsite rules and regulations. A supplement of 6\u20ac per day will be applied to your reservation for your pet.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Where is the nearest medical center?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>The nearest medical center is 1 km from the campsite (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Where&#039;s the nearest supermarket?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>The nearest supermarket is 1km from the campsite (Carrefour Express open every day from 8.30am to 8pm and on Sundays from 9am to 1pm). The small grocery store on the campsite sells basic necessities. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">What payment methods do you accept?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>We accept VISA bank cards, bank cheques, A.N.C.V. and cash.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Are bicycles available for hire?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Bikes can be rented at Arize2roues, 1.5 km from the campsite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Is the water park accessible to outsiders?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>The water park is not accessible to outsiders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Is the pool heated and when is it open?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Yes, the pool is heated. It is open seasonally, generally from spring to late summer. Opening dates and times may vary according to the weather and current regulations. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">On what dates is there animation?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>In July and August, the campsite offers entertainment for children and adults, convivial evenings and nature activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Is there a snack bar or catering service on site?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Yes, a snack bar is only available in high season, from July to August. The snack bar offers simple, friendly food in keeping with the spirit of the campsite. It&#8217;s open from Wednesday to Sunday, evenings only, and reservations are strongly recommended. On Mondays and Tuesdays we have food trucks.   <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Do you offer WIFI on the campsite?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Yes, a WiFi connection is included for one device for the duration of your stay. Options are available to connect multiple devices. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">How many vehicles are allowed per pitch?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Only one car is allowed on our campsite. One parking space is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your own pitch, as part of the campsite is pedestrianised). If you come with two vehicles, a supplement of \u20ac4 per day will be charged.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Is the campsite VACAF approved?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>yes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">How do I make a reservation?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email. In high season, we strongly advise you to book in advance. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Is a deposit required?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Yes, a deposit (\u20ac150 for the rental and \u20ac75 for cleaning) is required before arrival for rentals. It is managed online via a secure &#8220;swikly&#8221; system and is not debited, except in the event of damage. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">Can I pay for my reservation with a vacation voucher?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>Only accommodation and snacks are payable with ANCV vacation vouchers and E-connect.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        \n          <div class=\"pfq__question\"  >\n            <h4 class=\"pfq__question__title\">What are the refund conditions in the event of cancellation?<\/h4>\n            <div class=\"pfq__answer\"><p>To be reimbursed in the event of cancellation, you need Meetch cancellation insurance.
