Kids Club

In July and August, the Mini Club at our campsite in the Ariège Pyrenees with heated swimming pool welcomes children aged5 to 11 (see our schedule) for fun and games with an activity leader (creative activities, sports, treasure hunts, making lanterns for the evening campfire, waterpolo etc.).

Camping l’Arize in the Ariège Pyrenees is lucky to be situated right next to the Equizones riding school, a fabulous site, where horses and ponies have a special place. Sandra offers group and private lessons all year round from beginner level to experienced. You can enjoy various different disciplines, such as dressage, show jumping, and cross country, and you can even take the federal exams there (from Gallop 1 to 7). Don’t hesitate to contact Sandra.

Patrice d'Amarok offers husky rides in our small private woodland, where you can go on a lovely routethrough the trees. Enjoy an unusual and unique experience with family or friends. An activity in which you can get to know his gentle dogs and experience a magical moment. (Special price for campsite guests).

For your aperitifs, book a place with Laetitia from Nature en Gourmandises to learn how to make your own aperitif biscuits !

Come and discover the most spectacular caves, underground tunnels and cavities in the Ariège Pyrenees with a half-day or full day excursion or even an underground camping adventure for a night like no other. Nicolas Clément, from Objectif Spéléo, will take you to some fabulous places for caving according to your preferences and level of experience. For some of excursions he can even come and pick you up at the campsite !

Evening entertainment

In the summer season, Camping l’Arize campsite in the Midi Pyrénées offers themed dinners, a concert by Fullsweet every Wednesday evening, a show by the Cirque de Ségalas on 21 August, petanque nights, campfires, night swimming, and above all a friendly and sociable atmosphere !

Regular free activities and entertainment

On site, you can enjoy a swimming pool, volleyball, badminton, bowls court, 40 km footpath from Foix to Saint-Girons (you can hire hybrid bikes on site), fitness trail, playground, Kids Club... (free loan of rackets and balls…), and football pitch (in the village 1.5km away).
