What if your moments of relaxation were also moments to do good for the Earth? With us, relaxation rhymes with respect for the environment. Thanks to our commitment, rewarded by the Clef Verte label, we are proving that it is possible to combine vacations and ecology.

1. Use of eco-labelled products
For all our activities and cleaning products, we only use products bearing environmental labels such as the European Ecolabel or the Ecocert label. For example, our cleaning products comply with strict standards to reduce their impact on soil and water, while guaranteeing a healthy environment for our visitors and employees.
2. Eco-pasture with animals
Instead of using energy-hungry mowers or brushcutters, we’ve opted for a natural, environmentally-friendly method: eco-pasturing. Our llamas take charge of maintaining the green spaces, while promoting harmonious cohabitation with the local fauna. This choice also helps to raise our visitors’ awareness of sustainable alternatives.
3. Areas dedicated to biodiversity
Some of our plots are left in tall grass to encourage the habitat of local species such as pollinating insects (bees, butterflies) and small mammals. These biodiversity zones are also enhanced with nest boxes and insect hotels to encourage the presence of a variety of fauna.
4. Respect for natural cycles
We take particular care to respect bird nesting periods when maintaining our hedges and copses. For example, pruning is postponed until late summer, so as not to disturb the nests of sparrows, titmice and other species that shelter in our hedges.
5. Sound management of natural resources
Water-saving systems, such as faucets fitted with mousseurs and rainwater harvesters, help us to limit wastage. Similarly, our buildings and outdoor walkways are equipped with solar LED bulbs and motion sensors to reduce electricity consumption.
6. Selective sorting and composting
We have set up waste sorting garbage cans at all our facilities. In addition, our organic waste, notably from our catering operations, is transformed into compost used to enrich the soil in our green spaces.
7. Reduce single-use packaging
To limit plastic waste, we have replaced disposable cups, plates and cutlery with biodegradable or reusable alternatives. In addition, we encourage our visitors to use water bottles by providing water refill points.
8. Promote short circuits
For our snacks, we give priority to products from local producers. For example, our fruit juices come directly from a nearby orchard, our vegetables come from a local market-gardener and our cheeses are supplied by an artisanal farm less than 10 km from the campsite. This choice reduces the carbon footprint linked to transport and supports the local economy.
