Should we take our sheets?
Sheets are not provided, but can be rented on site.

Are barbecues allowed?
Two communal barbecues are available.
Located at reception, in a secure area designed to limit the risk of fire.
Wood-burning barbecues are strictly forbidden on pitches and near accommodation.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, pets are accepted under certain conditions. They must be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination certificate. Pets may not be left alone, either on a pitch or in a rental or mobile home, even temporarily. This rule is designed to ensure the well-being of the animals, the peace and quiet of other guests and the preservation of the accommodation. It forms an integral part of the campsite rules and regulations. A supplement of 6€ per day will be applied to your reservation for your pet.
Where is the nearest medical center?
The nearest medical center is 1 km from the campsite (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, etc.).
Where's the nearest supermarket?
The nearest supermarket is 1km from the campsite (Carrefour Express open every day from 8.30am to 8pm and on Sundays from 9am to 1pm). The small grocery store on the campsite sells basic necessities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA bank cards, bank cheques, A.N.C.V. and cash.
Are bicycles available for hire?
Bikes can be rented at Arize2roues, 1.5 km from the campsite.
Is the water park accessible to outsiders?
The water park is not accessible to outsiders.
Is the pool heated and when is it open?
Yes, the pool is heated. It is open seasonally, generally from spring to late summer. Opening dates and times may vary according to the weather and current regulations. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
On what dates is there animation?
In July and August, the campsite offers entertainment for children and adults, convivial evenings and nature activities.
Is there a snack bar or catering service on site?
Yes, a snack bar is only available in high season, from July to August. The snack bar offers simple, friendly food in keeping with the spirit of the campsite. It’s open from Wednesday to Sunday, evenings only, and reservations are strongly recommended. On Mondays and Tuesdays we have food trucks.
Do you offer WIFI on the campsite?
Yes, a WiFi connection is included for one device for the duration of your stay. Options are available to connect multiple devices.
How many vehicles are allowed per pitch?
Only one car is allowed on our campsite. One parking space is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your own pitch, as part of the campsite is pedestrianised). If you come with two vehicles, a supplement of €4 per day will be charged.
Is the campsite VACAF approved?

How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email. In high season, we strongly advise you to book in advance.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit (€150 for the rental and €75 for cleaning) is required before arrival for rentals. It is managed online via a secure “swikly” system and is not debited, except in the event of damage.
Can I pay for my reservation with a vacation voucher?
Only accommodation and snacks are payable with ANCV vacation vouchers and E-connect.
What are the refund conditions in the event of cancellation?
To be reimbursed in the event of cancellation, you need Meetch cancellation insurance. This insurance covers a wide range of claims: illness, transportation problems, displaced vacations, etc.
